Our bodies need certain amount of sleep per day, or it will start to gain weight as a reaction. Not getting enough sleep can contribute with our digestion, metabolism, or even to get more stress as a result. In cases of stress we should try to cool ourselves by practicing some sports, getting good amount of sleep, and even listen to music that help in decreasing the stress.
